\[04:46] using exercise as a coping mechanism can result in health issues. It is essential to address the root cause of trauma and find healthier ways to cope.
\[06:55] Taking a step back and dealing with problems before pushing harder is crucial. Living in a state of resentment and hate is not liberating and doesn't end well for most people.
\[08:54] Setting boundaries is important for supporting family members with trauma, encouraging them to seek help, and ensuring that individuals make changes for themselves. Setting a good example is key.
\[11:00] Establishing and enforcing values in family and relationships helps maintain emotional stability and make rational decisions.
